Life AdventuresTaking on an Adventure

Sometimes during our endeavors and writing our positives, we can find ourselves a little too involved with what we are trying to accomplish.  Accomplishment is great but sometimes we need to remember to take a break. Much like the movie, Live, Die, Repeat, life can quickly turn into Wake, Work, Sleep, Repeat. As our head gets embroiled in the constant deja vu of repeating the same activity over and over again, we can get overwhelmed. There is a cure. Have an adventure.

Do Something New

Train Hobby

Every day choose a new thing to do. First, start the day off slightly different. For example, go for a walk before going to work or take a different route. Pick a new thing to learn or start a new hobby. There are so many activities to get into with the added bonus of ‘How to’ videos and the Internet to find them.

Let’s Get Physical

Get Back to Nature

Take a Holiday

Adventure TimeOccasionally it is time for a vacation. 5 to 7 days of scenery change is the perfect reset button. The mind gets some time to clean out the cobwebs and dust bunnies cluttering the thought waves. Sleep late, eat out, and a trip to an amusement park can be a reminder of why we are here in the first place. To have fun. Why else?

Today let’s get up and try something a little different.

Be Well, Have Gratitude and Spread Goodwill
