Your body is your ride through life

If you have your health, you will have everything. This idea is somewhat accurate. Maybe ‘Everything’ is too strong of a word. To keep breathing or have some semblance of a decent life, it essential to take care of the body.

If it is hard to move or if the body is unwell, enjoying a fulfilling life can be a challenge. Some peoples bodies are better than others some have a disability. It is our responsibility to do the best with what we have.

We have listened to a wide variety of body gurus. Some are a bit extreme. There is a happy medium. There is no need to be the shining example of a human specimen to be healthy unless this is a goal. Our weight does not have to be in the range of some obscure chart. However, there is a need to eat healthily, get some exercise, and rest.

Without explaining some scientific reasoning or giving an ethics speech, it is just a good idea to take care of the body. The notion of being healthy is only a general consideration. When being positive 365 days a year, thinking about taking care of the body is positively essential.

Each day we spend some time working on our health, being mindful of the food we put inside ourselves. We also keep active with exercise we enjoy. These habits keep us feeling good, so we can keep moving forward with our current goals and purpose.
